Research Interests

Giulia Bennici is a PhD student in the Flexible Systems group. She is interested in the metabolomic profiling of food and plants, and is currently working on the development and optimization of extraction protocols for the untargeted metabolomic profiling of a traditional medicinal plant that is widely used in Palestine and Jordan; Ephedra Foeminea.
